In the 1970’s ground was broke and this estate was built. A wealthy entertainer had this estate designed and built with no expense spared. Then they moved to Hollywood and left this home. By 2000 this home was sold to an investor. Then again sold in 2014. In summary, for about 20 years this property was abandoned. In 2019 this property was purchased by Emerald Lake LLC.
