The Main home is ready to build. The plans are complete. We can build to suit or you can build. This home is about 3500 square feet.
Guest Home
The guest home is about 90% restored. New windows, doors, siding, electrical meter and 200 amp service. Needs a septic tank repair. Insulation, some kitchen updates. It is about 1000 square feet. Includes 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen and living room. Great place to stay while supervising the Main home construction or rental.
Garage
The prior garage foundation is in place. We have plans for a new garage. We can build or you can. It is a large 2 1/2 car garage complete with separate entry. It is about 800 square feet.
Equestrian Building
Equestrian building – 5 house stalls. Freshly painted and updated. Ready to use as storage or can rent for equestrian use.
Property
Fertile Land has not been farmed or sprayed for over 20 years. Could raise livestock, grow orchards, etc.
Power
The Power is supplied by Puget Sound Energy. The Main Home had 400 AMP service. The Guest Home has a new meter and new panel with 200 AMP service.
Water
The water is City Water supplied by Birch Bay Water.
